1. Agreement

By using Mixxi (mixxi.com, app.mixxi.com), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. These terms are a legal agreement between you and AJBERRI PTY LTD.

2. The Service

Mixxi is a savings intelligence platform. We analyse your financial data (bank statements, billing emails) to find potential savings on recurring bills. We provide information and recommendations — we are not financial advisors and do not provide financial advice.

3. Your Account

• You must be 18 or older and an Australian resident
• You’re responsible for keeping your account secure
• One account per person
• You must provide accurate information
• You can delete your account at any time

4. Free and Pro Plans

• Free: limited features as described on our pricing page
• Pro: paid subscription at prices listed on our pricing page
• We may change prices with 30 days notice
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime — your access continues until the end of your billing period
• No refunds for partial months, but we’ll consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis

5. Your Data

• You own your data
• You grant us a limited licence to process your data to provide the service
• We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy
• You can export or delete your data at any time
• When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days

Mixxi provides savings recommendations based on automated analysis. These are informational only. We are not financial advisors. We do not guarantee savings amounts, provider availability, or plan suitability. Always verify recommendations before switching providers. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on our recommendations.

8. Intellectual Property

• The service, code, design, and content are owned by AJBERRI PTY LTD
• Your data remains yours
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the service

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

• You can terminate by deleting your account
• We can terminate for violations of these terms (with notice where practicable)
• On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy

12. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales. We’ll try to resolve disputes informally first — email legal@mixxi.com.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
